• IMEI/Serial lookup: Clean/Lost, carrier, iCloud, warranty…
• Results are for reference; IMEIVN does not alter them.

Account & Key

• Your Key links to your account and Coin wallet.
• Keep it secure; actions via your Key count as yours.

Coins & payment

• 1 Coin = VND 1,000 — price shown before confirming.
• Top-ups are prepaid digital service.

Refund & Coin-return policy

Prohibited conduct

• Querying without a lawful right or basis
• Tools, spam, DDoS, unauthorized access
• Unlawful or fraudulent purposes

Intellectual property

• Content and trademarks belong to IMEIVN; no unauthorized copying.

Limitation of liability

• Results are for reference, not professional advice.
• Liability is capped at the amount you paid (as allowed by law).

Suspension & termination

• Violations may lead to suspension / termination (with notice where possible).
• You may appeal a decision.

Governing law & disputes
