Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing IMEIVN.NET or using an IMEI, serial number or Apple device lookup, you agree to these terms. Stop using the service if you do not agree with them.

2. Service and data limitations

IMEIVN retrieves device information automatically from third-party data providers. Results can change, be delayed or contain provider errors.

• IMEIVN does not manually alter Clean/Lost, carrier, iCloud or warranty results.
• Results are informational and are not a guarantee for a purchase, sale, repair or unlock transaction.
• You are responsible for having a lawful reason to query each IMEI or serial number.

3. Coins and payments

Guest services may be available within a shared IP quota. Key services are charged from the coin wallet at the price shown before submission. One coin has a fixed purchase value of VND 1,000. Completed top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Failed checks and coin refunds

A paid check may be refunded to the coin wallet when the provider reports a supported failure, refund or timeout. A refund is not guaranteed when an invalid identifier was accepted and charged by the upstream provider, or after processing has already started.

5. Acceptable use and security

Do not automate free checks, evade quotas, attack the service, probe another customer's Key or use IMEIVN for unlawful tracking. We may rate-limit, block or deactivate access that threatens the service or other customers.
