1. Data we process

• IMEI and serial numbers submitted for a lookup and recent history.
• IP address and device signals used for shared free quota, abuse prevention and security logs.
• Thumbmark browser fingerprint used as a risk signal. It is not treated as an absolute identity.
• Key and contact details needed to authenticate checks, operate the coin wallet and deliver requested notifications.

2. How we use data

We use data to deliver requested checks, maintain transaction history, prevent fraud and spam, investigate service errors and notify you about long-running results.

3. Service providers

The submitted IMEI or serial number is sent to the provider selected for that check. We may also use Cloudflare for network security and Turnstile verification, and payment or notification providers when those features are requested.

4. Key security

The Key is stored so IMEIVN can authenticate requests and operate the associated wallet. Treat it like a password: do not publish it or enter it on an untrusted site. Administrative access is restricted, and Keys are not intentionally exposed in public logs.

5. Cookies and local storage

Cookies and browser storage keep the session, remember preferences, support PWA features and store security identifiers. Blocking them can limit free checks and Key features.

6. Retention and your choices

Security, transaction and check records are retained only as needed for service operation, support, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Contact support to request access or deletion where applicable.

7. Policy updates

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
